Precision forming of components like battery cabinet enclosures and control cabinet frames in electrical integrated equipment relies on CNC bending. For high-strength steel, we optimize bending pressure and die clearance to prevent cracking, ensuring load-bearing and impact resistance. For lightweight aluminum alloys, we precisely control bending angles and springback to guarantee control cabinet sealing. In mass production, preset parameter databases and automatic feeding enable standardized components to have a consistency error ≤0.1mm, eliminating assembly jams caused by structural deviations.
