New energy storage cabinets are shifting from traditional manual assembly to automated welding, with robots becoming key to improving efficiency and quality. In the production of container-type energy storage cabinets, servo welding robots paired with laser vision tracking systems achieve a weld seam deviation of ≤ 0.03mm, raising the first-pass yield from 92% to over 98%. Laser welding technology meets sealing and structural welding needs with high precision and efficiency, adaptable to various materials and cabinet types. Meanwhile, production lines adopt digital management via MES systems and AGV logistics, significantly shortening the production cycle per cabinet and enhancing flexible manufacturing capacity. Robotic welding is driving the intelligent and efficient transformation of energy storage cabinet manufacturing.
